The Dillion House offers short term and extended stay accommodations.

The Dillon House, includes boat dockage on the Sebastian River (but is not a waterfront property), pool table, BBQ area with dipping pool and sleeps six guests comfortably. It includes a large living space, two comfortable bedrooms, two full baths, fully equipped kitchen, gaming room, and spacious backyard in a quiet secluded area of Roseland. This area of the river boasts some of the best local fishing and is perfect for canoeing and kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian. Great for family getaways.

Notes

Because the home is two separate residences, the stairs for each unit are not inside. Please ask us about any special needs you may have prior to booking. The rates provided are for the entire property.

The boat dock is a shared space and will on occasion have boats docked here. They are not permitted inside the fenced-in area of the yard or beach in front of the house, that is all private space and included in the rental.

The neighboring marina offers bait, tackle, ice, snacks, ice cream, boating needs, safety gear, and camping supplies and boat rentals, pontoons and kayaks, with discounts for Grant House tenants.

They offer 93 octane, non-ethanol fuel, with discounts for Grant House tenants. The Marina works with several local guides and offshore captains, and can recommend professionals for both offshore and inshore fishing trips.

We are always updating decorations and some furnishings, we trust you will find everything to your liking.

Amazing weekend. The house is really beautiful and cozy, my family and I had an amazing weekend. Our only complaint is there was a strange smell on the first floor and the house needs some updates.

Old Florida Charm. We enjoyed a relaxing Memorial Day weekend at the very charming Grant House. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 small children to spread out. The dock worked well for our boat, the kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the views from the 2nd floor deck. Ordering from the restaurant next door was a fun perk. Pam was so easy to work with and the home was very clean when we arrived. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fun river house. Loved watching the sunrise over the river, from the balcony. The open space on the second floor was perfect for my graduation party. We brought our kayaks and paddled out to the island across from the house.

So pretty... gorgeous view!!! We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday weekend here and had such a wonderful time. Has mostly everything you need in the kitchen ready to go. I suggest bringing anything baking with you if you need that. Beds were all wonderful. Wonderful visit. I recommend.

Great Property! Great house for 2 families! Nice yard for kids to play soccer and football. Restaurant next door had good food and made it super easy to walk over for lunch or dinner. We will definitely come back!
