A lovely, quiet area with 5 other cottages in the area. These cottages have long-term tenants. The Riverfront Bunkie, The Roseland Cottage, and Tucker’s Treehouse are the only ones directly on the water.
Beautiful sunsets with room to dock one boat during your stay. We specialize in making great memories!

Excellent cottage with everything you need.
great views and a short boat ride to the main channel and Sebastian Inlet. We were there during the July 4 weekend, and it was a great time at the local sandbar and fireworks.

The cottage was the perfect place to recharge our batteries. We enjoyed sitting outside on the decks and on the dock, watching the fish jump, the porpoise and a manatee swim by, and various birds such as herons and ospreys. We even watched a SpaceX rocket launch! It was also a great central location to explore the area. The house had everything we needed in a beautiful, lush landscape. We’d love to come back and stay here sometime in the future.

This is our third time staying at the Roseland Cottage. Pictures are accurate. It is quiet and beautiful. Being in the water and seeing the fish, dolphin, and this time we saw a manatee. It swam out from under the dock. Kitchen is well equipped, and it is close to local conveniences such as Publix and Walgreens – they are literally down the road, but when you are at the cottage, you seem far removed from all of it. We came with our daughter, and she brought a friend. They have fun fishing and exploring the property. We love it. We will be back.

Great place for docking your own boat. Charming place for a Father and Son fishing trip. We were able to keep our 30 ft pontoon boat right out back. And just a short trip to the famous Sebastian Inlet. We will be back.
