Plus, there’s a deck and BBQ for outdoor gatherings, and even a washer/dryer for your convenience. You can even tie your boat off at the dock!
This area of the river has some of the best local fishing and is a dream for canoeing and kayaking. The location couldn’t be more convenient, as it’s just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina, where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and shops.

This bungalow is located right on the Indian River and comes with a boat dock for your convenience. If you need more space, we have two smaller cottages available, The Micco Cottage and The Captain’s Studio, which can accommodate your family and friends. The dock and backyard area are shared spaces, but there is plenty of room to spread out, and each unit has its own private balcony and BBQ grill. You’ll also enjoy some of Florida’s best fishing, with the Sebastian Inlet Marina and famous Sandbar just minutes away. Depending on the size of your boat, you can park it on our dock, however we also offer on and off-site trailer parking.
